Q: Do you charge extra, or take a commission on additional services?
A: No, we value our impartiality.  We need to ensure that you only get the best advice.

Q: Can you assist us with utility setup?
A: Every home we close, will include initial start services for main utilities.

Q: What happens if something goes wrong?
A: We always plan for every foreseeable eventuality, but sometimes issues arise.  Our pledge is to work with you and get your home sale or purchase back on track.

Q: What is the cost of Total Orlando’s services?
